He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Group Communications from Trinity International University, located in Deerfield, Illinoid and is a graduate of the University of Louisville’s prestigious Southern Police Institute, 49th Command Officers Development Course.
Raul’s career began in the legal field before he found his calling in law enforcement in 1990, joining the Miami-Dade Schools Police Department. Today, as CEO of Miami Tactical LLC, he provides expert consultation in leadership development, crisis management, community engagement, and public safety strategies.
Beyond his professional work, Raul is deeply involved in community service. He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, World Vision, and currently serves as Vice President and Volunteer Chaplain for Victory for Youth/Share Your Heart.
